Large partially printed sheriff's deed completed in manuscript, issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and dated 1821, measuring approximately 24 x 18 inches. The document records the sale of real estate in York County following a writ of Fieri Facias, with High Sheriff Zachariah Spangler conveying property purchased at public sale to Allen Anderson. The deed describes the legal proceedings, judicial sale, consideration paid, and transfer of the land together with its rights and appurtenances. Signed by Sheriff Zachariah Spangler and acknowledged before the York County Court of Common Pleas, retaining its original embossed paper seal.
