Partially printed land indenture completed in manuscript, dated April 1, 1822, documenting the conveyance of approximately 109 acres of land in Manheim Township, York County, Pennsylvania, from Michael Seitz and his wife Susanna to Jacob Seitz. The large-format deed, measuring approximately 18 x 23 inches, records the transfer for the sum of $1,700.86 and includes a detailed metes and bounds legal description of the property, references to prior inheritance through the York County Orphans' Court, and the customary covenants conveying the land together with its buildings, improvements, rights, and appurtenances. Signed by Michael Seitz and Susanna Seitz (by mark), witnessed, acknowledged before a justice of the peace, and bearing multiple embossed paper seals. Docketed on the verso identifying the parties, acreage, and location.
