Printed as a decorative broadside featuring an elaborate architectural border with patriotic American eagle motifs surrounding a lengthy commemorative poem reflecting on the events and issues of the preceding year. Measures approximately 19 x 25 inches.

Expected age toning, horizontal and vertical fold lines from period storage, scattered foxing and light soiling, edge wear with small tears and losses, and several creases, primarily along the margins and corners.
