Collection of official White House social invitations and related material issued during the administrations of Franklin D. Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman, all addressed to Mrs. Bertha H. Reynolds. The archive includes two engraved invitations to White House garden parties hosted by Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, each accompanied by its original White House mailing envelope. Also included is an engraved invitation from Mrs. Bess Truman for a White House reception held on November 18, 1952, with its original White House mailing envelope, the corresponding White House admission pass, and the printed rain-date card issued for one of the Roosevelt garden parties.

The archive comprises eight pieces in total.
