Description
Measuring 30" x 44" overall in the frame, this is one of many reproductions printed by Adolphus Bush of the original painting "Custer's Last Fight" painted by Cassidy Adams. These were used by Budweiser as a way of advertising and promoting the brand. Adolphus Bush presented the original painting to the 7th Cavalry in 1892 and it was displayed at Fort Bliss. It was destroyed in a fire in 1946. Also included with this cardboard litho is a copy of Andy Palmer's Great Guns newspaper dated December 1952 and tells more of the story of the lithographs.
