Manufactured by Colt in 1886. This large frame features a 4-3/4" barrel with rear integrated notch and blade front sight. Single line address on top of the barrel, barely visible. Double / single action with a 6-round fluted cylinder and hinged loading gate. Likely chambered for 44-40 cartridges, muzzle and cylinder measure at 44, but revolver is unmarked. Nickel finish has been redone at some point in it's earlier life. Fitted with original style Gutta Percha two-piece grips and lanyard loop. CALIBER/GA: 45 Cal. S/N: 16423. FFL STATUS: Antique.

GOOD - some nickel loss throughout. Grips show wear and scratches. Dark bore with prominent rifling. Good mechanics.
