This semi auto pistol was made by Charter Arms between 1980 and 1986 and is chambered in .22 LR. The Explorer II is based on the AR7 Survival rifle and is built with a fixed pistol grip. It features a 6" barrel black ramp front sight and notch rear sight. Also included is an 8" barrel with the same features. It is fitted with a side mounted scope base with a 1.5x20 Tasco scope mounted on top. The 8 round magazine fits in front of the trigger guard and the grip can store a 2nd magazine inside.
