This No. 4 Mk 1 rifle was built by Fazakerly in England. It features a 22" barrel with blade style front sight. It is fitted with a wooden stock and forend with sling swivels and a partially torn 1907 style leather sling. The barrel is marked .303 caliber with many British proof marks near the receiver. The receiver is marked on the left side with "No. 4 Mk I". The rear sight is replaced with a scope mount fitted for the receiver and has a Weaver scope marked K4-1.
