This Mosin Nagant M44 was made in 1944 at the Izhevsk factory and is chambered in 7.62x54R. It features a hooded post style front sight, a side folding bayonet with early style locking lug, and an adjustable rear sight on a 21" barrel.. The receiver has the Soviet Union Crest with 1944, Serial Number, and Izhevsk marking below. the left of the receiver has the import markings that read "PW Arms, Redmon , WA, Model 44 7.62x54R, Russia Serial 010421".
