The face of each mitten and its flared cuff have hand-stitched glass seed beads. The motifs display symmetrical, floral configurations consisting of a turquoise and translucent blue blossom on the hand, mirroring a larger copper-brown flower framed by delicate blue and green leaves along the sweeping gauntlet cuff. The edge of each cuff is finished with a hide border strip.
