Magna Graecia & Middle East, ca. 350 BCE & 5th century BCE. Two different examples including a miniature skyphos, possibly Corinthian, having mauve and black painted bands and an upper double zigzag rim band. Overall lightly encrusted surface patina. Together with a finely carved bone tapered cylindrical container, decorated with three triple bands of incised decoration, separately carved disc bottom, also having a multibanded decoration. Excellent mottled tan-brown surface patina. Skyphos: 1.25" H × 1.75" D (3.18 cm H × 4.45 cm D), Container: 2.25" H × 1.5" D (5.72 cm H × 3.81 cm D).
