This is a chic set of the rare light finish elm wood, dining chairs from Michael Taylor's Far East Collection for Baker Furniture. It includes 2 captain's chairs and 6 side chairs. Each has a flat back splat and gently curved back rails, topped with new white performance upholstery.

The captain chairs measure 24.5" W x 20.5" D x 40.25" H. The side chairs measure 21.63" W x 20.5" D x 40.00" H. Seat height on all chairs is 19".

Michael Taylor was an esteemed American interior designer and furniture maker known for his "California Look," that celebrated simplicity, natural materials, and neutral tones, with a focus on comfort, making his work elegant and timeless. He collaborated with Baker Furniture, to create his "Far East Collection", that still remains popular today.
