I created Embrace of Solace to show that even when the world feels loud or confusing, we can find a safe place in each other's arms. This painting captures a quiet moment where two people find peace and strength through a simple hug. It shows that being open and vulnerable with someone else is actually a way to stay strong.

In this work, I used soft colors and a gentle pose to tell a story of connection and understanding. By showing the figures held closely together, I wanted to honor the "refuge" we find in the people we love. It is a reminder that we all need a quiet space where we can feel safe and supported.
