Monumental and exceptionally elegant, this signed bronze flamingo sculpture was designed and sculpted by celebrated Thai artist Somchai Hattakitkosol (1934–2000). Standing an impressive 56 inches high, the sculpture depicts two stylized flamingos in a graceful, intertwined composition characteristic of Somchai's iconic modernist animal forms. Executed in solid bronze with a rich hand-applied patina, the sculpture features elongated necks, sculptural wings, and slender legs mounted on a black Acrylic base. The original brass plaque inscribed "Designed and Sculptured by Somchai Hattakitkosol" remains intact.
