unsigned, with shaped hands, and a Roman chapter ring, with convex glazed door, fusee movement

Condition Report:

there is a pendulum present. the dial is convex, there is crazing and bubbling to enamel, chipping and re painting in areas, all case pins associated, scratches on face from hands, no winding key, marks to the body, staining to brass, not tested for time keeping cannot wind.
