"Rainer Fog" album signed on the cover in silver felt tip marker by Alice in Chains band member Jerry Cantrell. Measuring approximately 12" x 12" and in very good condition, with some signs of scattered wear, including some damage to the bottom left corner and creasing, not affecting the signature. Record is included.
