This is a large art pottery serving tray platter by Blue Danube, Japan circa 1980s. This porcelain serving platter showcases the iconic underglaze cobalt "Blue Onion" botanical motif originally inspired by classic Meissen China. Crafted in Japan, the substantial square tray features molded scallop edges adorned with ornate scrolls, corner floral cartouches and twin integrated handles.
