About the artist: Egorov Yuriy Nikolaevich (1926-2008) - painter. In 1946-1948 he studied at the ODO with T. Fryerman. He graduated from the Leningrad Higher Art and Industrial School named after V. Mukhina (1955), where he studied with G. Savinov, G. Rublev, K. Ioganson. He participated in republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions (since 1957). Honored Artist (1966). He worked in the field of easel and monumental painting. People's Artist of Ukraine (2008). The works of Y. Egorov are sold at international auctions and are pearls in many private collections around the world.
