A Steinway & Sons Model K upright piano bearing serial number 505496 featuring a figured mahogany or walnut veneered wooden case with a folding keyboard fallboard that opens to reveal the maker signature and eighty-eight standard keys, the internal structure housing a premium spruce diaphragmatic soundboard and cast iron plate frame, together with an accompanied rectangular wooden piano bench with a matching polished finish

Good overall condition; instrument is in fair tune having not been tuned in a few years, though all keys strike; light surface scratches, minor edge scuffs, and expected faint superficial fading to the wood veneer finish on the cabinet casing and bench legs, with the mechanical action and soundboard remaining structurally intact
