The group includes a 40-foot boxcar decorated for Santa Fe (ATSF 16952) in red livery with Shock Control branding (Kit 1221), a custom-decorated 40-foot boxcar for Lehigh Valley (LV 62548) in white livery (Rail Runner Kit 211), a 34-foot rib-side hopper for New York Central (NYC S 834592) in brown livery (Kit 5443), a 40-foot boxcar for Gulf, Mobile & Ohio (GM&O 21091) in red livery (Kit 1201), and a 34-foot rib-side hopper for Baltimore & Ohio (B&O 233 570) in black livery (Kit 5441). Each item is contained within its original Athearn blue and yellow illustrated box. The lot includes original printed assembly instructions and small parts envelopes for each kit. Manufacturer and road name identification is clearly printed on the box end flaps, with some boxes retaining vintage retail price stickers from Train Station. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
