Heavy nThis has a crumpled foil background with a transparted multi-colored acrylic top in green, amber and red in a pear-shape that is appx. 1.75" tall and 1.5" wide set in a larger frame made up of three rope accent frames that have open space between the three rows at the top half and are touching at the bottom with two fleur-de-lis accents on top with vertical accents on each side of the fleur-de-lis. The brooch is appx. 2.25" tall and 1.25" wide. The metal has a textured finish on the back. It is in good to very good vintage condition. It is not signed by the maker. Locking clasp.
