Fair to good condition. General wear exists throughout the fixture. Base shows soft shallow impressions detectable in raking light along with oxidation that has created a cloudy appearance with slight texture to the touch. Enameled finish on the stem exhibits scattered scratches with finish loss. Paper shade has been updated showing a few abrasions and corrosion to its fitter. One finial is not retained that goes directly above the shade. Wired for American use and does not function properly.
