This gorgeous antique Art Nouveau table lamp features a beautifully designed figural base depicting a graceful young maiden. Her body leans in a soft dramatic curve with one arm, stretched directly upward to hold a light fixture aloft, usually a torch type glass shade clear in color.
This design style mirrors classic French "Belle Epoque" lighting motifs from around 1900, signed by the artist, r known sculptor from Germany, Ludwig Beck, who worked primarily from 1895 to 1925.
