Description

Ginori 19th century wall pocket in image of putti carrying a large grape basket. Shoulder straps over each shoulder as the putti steps forward. Lively expression on face and animated body pose. Majolica is painted in flesh tones with a bright yellow scarf. Glazed over outside and interior. Size 13"tall 8" wide at mouth of basket and projecting 5.25". Signed to back Ginori under crown with item number.
