This set of antique apothecary bottles is paired for their matching deep aqua color. A large cylindrical, two-liter bottle with a glass stopper is hand-etched with the one and two-liter measurements. It is from the early 20th century and attributed to the JT Baker Chemical Company, in Phillipsburg, New Jersey though no maker's marks confirm that.

A medium-sized rectangular bottle is from Binghamton, NY (Southern New York near Pennsylvania) and reads 'The Great Dr. Kilmers Swamproot Kidney Liver & Bladder Remedy'. The print is embossed into the thick glass within a kidney-shaped border, circa 1890's.

Condition Notes: Good antique condition for their age. The smaller bottle has a chip on the left edge below the embossed text that trapped a little bit of dirt and discoloration. It also shows minor foggy residue inside of the bottle. The two-liter, large bottle shows more foggy residue throughout the inside of the glass. We have not attempted to clean it. The glass stopper is beautifully intact, and there are faint, hand-etched '1L' and '2L' marks as noted in the description and clarified in the last photo.
