Lot of 2 early 19th century letters regarding the revenue cutter EAGLE from Boston commanded by Captain Lee. One dated 1816, other 1818. They speak of a $40 reward to the crew of the ship and a silver pitcher trophy for saving the crew and cargo of the ship BETSEY. Each about 10 x 9 inches, framed.
