the spindle frame with all-over polychrome vine and medallion cloisonné detail, enclosing a light blue upholstered seat and back, surmounted by brass finials

Condition Report:

Dirt and discolouration to upholstery. Various small losses to enamel and brass throughout. Some joints are slightly loose and would benefit from tightening, namely the lower rail and right-hand proper arm. However, it is structurally sound otherwise.
