A William IV golden oak drum library table by Gillows, circa 1835,

the revolving circular top with an inset gilt-tooled leather surface, above alternating frieze drawers, one stamped 'Gillow', raised on a foliate and shell-carved column and tripod base, terminating in lion paw feet and concealed brass castors

Condition Report:

General wear commensurate with age and use. The top a little warped, with scuffs and wear. Some drawer pulls broken and loose, with some present in drawers. Overall the top would benefit from some professional attention. The base is in better order, with light knocks and wear. Castors wheel freely. Joints sound and solid.
