This is a fine Grand Tour period 19th century bust of a Roman Senator mounted on an ebonized black plinth. The bronze has a fine deep rich patina and is crisply cast. Condition is excellent. Circa: 1880. Dimensions: Height: 8 1/2, Width: 2 1/2", Depth: 1 1 /2", Base 3" Square.
