A fine late 19th century oil on canvas depicting a lovely young woman with a wistful pose set within a boudoir. She is surrounded by pastel silk fabrics and pillows. The painting has an Impressionist feel and is finely executed. The work is signed, however, the surname is illegible. First name is Clara. Condition is excellent. Circa: 1880. Dimensions: Image Height: 11 1/4", Width: 8 1/4" Frame Height: 17 1/4" Width: 14 1/4".
