This set of 8 Friendly Village 10 Oz Glassware Goblet / Wine Glasses has been discontinued. Made in England. They are in excellent condition -near MINT since there is NO missing transfer, scratches or stains. This set also come with two 8 oz wine glasses and 2 tumblers a total of 12 pieces. The goblets measure 7 1/2" tall and Width: 2 3/4" hold 10 oz. The Wine Glasses are 6 1/2" tall x 3 1/4" Wide and hold 8 oz. The tumblers are 6 1/4" T X 2 3/4" w and hold 15 oz. A little history: Johnson Bros. introduced the Friendly Village pattern in 1953. It is a classic, beloved design. Production in England ceased in 2003 and all current Friendly Village pieces are produced in China. The goblet tumbler and wine glass were made to compliment the dinnerware. There is a clear area between the scenes have "Friendly Village" printed on the area between the design on the tumbler and wine glass but not on the goblets. There are many versions of glassware in this pattern so please check yours for an exact match. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. It was used sparingly if at all.
