Marlin Model 1889 Flat Top. 44-40 WCF. 24" barrel. Very minor pitting. Has side ejection. Patent dates of October 11, 1887 and April 2, 1889. Has "Marlin Safety" on flat top receiver. Stock has four line notches in it and three wood chips around the wrist. Minor dings. Overall in good condition. Manufactured in 1891. Serial No. 46263. See photos.
