Member of the Union of Artists (1973). Diplomat of the Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine and the National Agricultural University (since 2002). The artist's works are kept in museums in Ukraine and private collections in Europe. Lives and works in Kherson (since 1955). The art of G. Petrov attracts with the harmony of silver colors, transparency and real craftsmanship.
