Kurt Meyer-Eberhardt (1895-1977) was a German artist known as one of the most famous and revered dog artists of the 20th century. He was born in Leipzig, Germany. He studied at the Weimar Academy of Fine Arts and was a student of the artists Theodor Hagen and Lionel Feininger.
