Description
Armenac Hairenian Vintage 1946 "Arts & Crafts" Style 12" Hammered Oval Tray. Signed "A. Hairenian 1946". Hairenian escaped the Armenia Genocide in 1916 making his way to San Francisco. Hairenian worked under renowned San Fransico metal crafter Dirk van Erp between 1920-1923 and then for Fred Brosi's Old Mission Kopper Kraft before opening his own shop around 1925. This rare and beautiful piece roughly weighs 1lb 9oz.
