This is a simple but elegant and very useful bamboo hat or coat rack or hall tree with a ring around the lower portion to hold umbrellas. I have seen people use these to hold pocketbooks, bags, scarves or other accessories.

This lovely rack is in good condition and measures 72.5 tall the base is 24 inches on the diagonal and 18 inches across. The rack is 21 inches in diameter, the hooks are 66 inches from the floor.
