About the Artist
Andrew Belderbos, born in 1969 in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, is a British artist celebrated for his vivid landscape paintings. Originally trained as a solicitor then he realised the law was no for him. Belderbos re-trained followed his passion for art, then worked as a textile and print designer for top fashion retailers such as H&M, NEXT, F&F Tesco and Topshop. His paintings are influenced by Welsh masters Kyffin Williams and Wilf Roberts, reflect his deep love for the rugged beauty of North Wales — a place he frequently travels to visit his parents who live in North Wales and he paints with heartfelt precision.
