A pair of vintage Cartier Panthère hoop ear clips crafted in 18k yellow gold, designed as a series of pavé diamond panthers walking in profile along a curved pathway framed by gold borders carved to resemble brickwork. The sculptural, articulated panther motif reflects Cartier’s iconic animal design language and the bold, architectural aesthetic associated with the Panthère collection of the late 1980s to early 1990s. Each ear clip measures approximately 1 1/4 inches in length and 5/8 inch in width, and the pair has a substantial combined weight of 45.5 grams. Marked Cartier, 750, maker's mark, and French essay mark. There is some patina on the gold of the earrings. These vintage diamond Panthère ear clips offer a distinctive statement within Cartier’s enduring Panthère tradition.
