Original Sword bayonet for use on the 7 mm Mauser M1916 Short Rifle. Also designated for use with the 8 mm. Mauser M1943 Short Rifle. Made at the Artilleria Fábrica Nacional, Toledo, Spain. One of the only bayonets that utilized wood checkered grips. Overall in solid condition with wear and pitting on blade. No scabbard.
