This is a historic WWII-era survival tool adopted by the U.S. Army Air Forces in 1942. It features a 10-inch blade, textured Bakelite handles, a spring-loaded folding mechanism, and comes with its originally issued leather sheath and whetstone. The ultimate package for collectors. “Imperial/Prov.,R.I.” Stamped on ricaaso. This knife is in excellent condition and the blade is beautiful with just a few spots of pitting, otherwise it has a nice patina finish and smooth metal with a nice sharp edge.
