Joe action figures made by Hasbro in Hong Kong. 1984 Mutt the Dog Handler with file card and accessories, 1984 Rip Cord with file card and gun and pack, 1985 Alpine Mountain Trooper with file card and all accessories except grappling hooks, and 1985 Frostbite with gun. All have come apart from the rubber bands breaking, one has a broken waist piece, and all have minor wear or paint loss. File card measures 5.75 inches wide x 3.75 inches tall.
