The accompanying certificate of authenticity, signed by Sid Bernstein, confirms that the ticket originates from a group of 2,400 unused tickets discovered years after the concert and retained by the famed promoter.

The Beatles' August 23, 1966 performance at Shea Stadium stands among the most celebrated concerts in rock history.
