Description

Richard Kerr designed these lovely clip-on earrings in the 1980s. They are made of his signature pave rhinestones.
They feature an oversized star shape covered with neon orange crystal rhinestones. The earrings are set on an orange resin background frame. The brand tag is at the back on the side of the fastenings. Richard Kerr began designing jewelry in Dallas, TX, in 1980.
