This convex mirror dates from the English Regency period circa 1820
The crowing point of the mirror is a recumbent stag with acorns in the foliage design
Most mirrors of this period are eagles
The stag is a very unusual one
For a mirror over 200 years old the gold leaf is in good condition
This is carved wood and gold leaf
The mirror and brass sconce arms are original
