We originally purchased this oil painting on canvas from an artist exhibiting in Christchurch, New Zealand, while we were on holiday in the 1999/2000 timeframe. This vibrant oil painting is framed in a simple gold frame. The artist, who signed the work, said he was a relative (brother) of President Clinton, though we did not verify these details and could not find the artist through an internet search.
