A fine French 19th century polychrome Faience jardiniere painted in pastel tones with figures and animals and flowers. The piece has strap handles on the edge and serpentine shaped sides. There is a factory mark in the center of the base. Condition is very good with subtle glaze crazing on the interior of the basin. Circa: 1880.
