Eugene Page Nowlen was born in 1899 and died September 27, 1977. He studied and graduated from MIT, Boston, in Architecture.  Also with Sueo Serisawa, Paul Darrow, Hans Burkhardt, and Leonard Edmondson. Active exhibition program, several one-man exhibits.
