We are selling this very fine oil painting on canvas. This Italian old master style painting is of the Madonna and Child. We believe it to be a 19th century painting that is very well developed with the standing child, probably after a famous painting by an Old Master.

Condition: The painting has been re-mounted on a smaller stretcher that appears to be a gilt frame.
