Description
31x18x33 This antique American primitive storage cabinet is constructed of solid pine with a medium brown stain finish. The piece features a single-case design with a hinged lift-top lid that opens to a two-level interior compartment. This upper interior is lined with decorative reproduction paper featuring early 20th-century American automobile advertisements for companies such as Warren-Detroit, Cadillac, and Studebaker. A circular hole has been cut into the back panel of the upper section. The front facade includes a small drawer on the left with machine-cut dovetail joints and a turned wooden knob. The lower portion of the cabinet houses a single-door cupboard with simple metal hinges, set above a scalloped base apron. The back of the cabinet consists of plain wood panels with visible finish drips. No maker's marks are present.
