This 5" x 4" display plaque/desk showcases a 2" x 1" round Lucite containing a 1" square section of Bacon Bar, a space food item that was part of the menu items aboard the Apollo 10 mission. The Bacon Bar is presumed to have been flown on the Apollo 10 mission but supporting paperwork is not available. This makes for a nice display and conversation piece. It is in very good condition with light surface scratches to the Lucite and minor handling wear.
